C. Wellbeing Pulse Check (Anonymous)

A short questionnaire before program implementation and ongoing on a quarterly basis, measuring:

  • Cognitive load
  • Stress
  • Emotional fatigue
  • Boundary clarity
  • Perceived resilience

 

D.  Quarterly Insights Summary (Themes Only)

A deidentified summary for leaders, including:

  • Common themes impacting wellbeing
  • Strengths observed within the team
  • Opportunities for longerterm support
